Alan Flum – Proprietor

My name is Alan Flum. I am the proprietor of Stone Creek LLC. I am a former engineering executive. I have over 21 years of experience in the field of electronics engineering and engineering project management, including four years executive level experience at a VP level. I have managed a diverse range of teams and programs including product marketing, research and development, and quality assurance.

I managed the research and development and product management of entire product lines with annual sales in excess of $20 million as well as successfully managed operating budgets of $1.5 million.

My teams delivered a diverse range of commercially successful projects from concept to completion on time and on schedule. I managed multi-national project teams at Sony, including a joint U.S./Japanese development project that yielded over $17 million in gross revenue. As VP of Engineering at Stanton, I oversaw the market research, planning, technical development, and execution of an entirely redesigned product line, consisting of 17 products, in less than 18 months.

My experience in business development and analysis includes the creation of a business, marketing, and financial plan for a multi-million dollar startup. Most recently, I created and managed the intellectual property program for the Stanton Group.
